Are you delivering during the Pandemic?

Yes, we are dlivering to most PIN Codes across India.

How long will it take to get delivery of products?

Most of the sellers under our platform are located in remote corners of India. Considering this, you can expect a delivery timeline of 7 to 10 days.

Do you accept Cash on Delivery?

We do not currently offer the Cash on Delivery facility. However, you can pay online securely through credit card, debit card or net banking.

What is your Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy?

You can cancel your order any time as long as the same has not been already shipped by our seller and refund would be processed within 7 working days after due verification. However, owing to the nature of most of the products sold under our platform, once an order has been shipped or delivered, we cannot accept return of the products. Kindly refer individual product description pages to know which items would be returnable.

Nevertheless, in the rare instance that the products delivered to you have signs of physical damage or are beyond the date of expiry, kindly drop us a mail at contact@pahadidelights.com within 5 days of order delivery, explaining the nature of the problem with supporting photographs. We shall get in touch with you within 48 hours for a suitable replacement or a full refund.

Are all your products completely Organic?

While we do not have a formal Organic certification, we associate ourselves with remote Himalayan producers and manufacturers. The practices followed by them are completely natural and organic and without any usage of harmful pesticides or chemicals at any stage.
